Return & Cancellation Policy

At Behind the Bling, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Policy – 48 Hours

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at behindthebling@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return/exchange

📌 Note:

  • Return/exchange requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • All returns/exchanges are accepted only after approval from our team.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The jewelry is unused
  • All original packaging, boxes, pouches, and invoice are intact
  • No scratches, signs of wear, perfume marks, or damage

⚠️ If the product does not pass the quality check, the request will be rejected.


3. Store Credit (No Cash Refunds)

We do not offer refunds for any reason.

All approved returns/exchanges receive Store Credit, valid for 12 months.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue
  • Can be used in a single transaction
  • Cannot be split or transferred
  • Cannot be clubbed with other offers

4. Damaged or Defective Product

We follow strict quality checks, but if your order arrives damaged:

⭕ An unboxing video is mandatory

Video must:

  • Clearly show the parcel from all sides before opening
  • Show the full opening process
  • Show the damaged area clearly
  • Be uncut and original

📩 Email us within 48 hours at behindthebling@gmail.com with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of damage

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our expense and issue store credit once the product reaches us.

⚠️ If no unboxing video is provided, we cannot process the damage claim.


5. Exchange (Product Not Damaged)

If you want to exchange a product due to dislike or size/style choice:

  • Customer must self-ship the item to our address
  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Store credit will be issued once the product passes quality check

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized jewelry
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift boxes/combo sets
  • Products purchased during special promotions/offers

7. Processing Time

  • Once we receive the product, allow 3–5 working days for quality check
  • Store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours after approval

8. Cancellation Policy

To avoid operational delays and misuse:

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, regardless of payment method (including COD, if applicable).


9. Important Notes

  • If the delivery package looks tampered or opened, refuse delivery.
  • If the product is damaged but no unboxing video is shared, the request will not be accepted.
  • Behind the Bling reserves the right to approve or reject any return after inspection.
